I was purchasing my first home when I was

that he has saved me thousands in future repairs. My home was brand new construction, so some people told me that an inspection was not necessary, but I am so glad that I went through with it. I called Ted Sanchez at Reliance Inspections to inspect my new home for mold 1 1/2 weeks after it was flooded during the roof being replaced. I can't say enough positive things about the experience. Of course I was very pleased to learn that we did not seem to have a mold issue; but perhaps more importantly Ted gave me tons of helpful advice for mitigating or eliminating other moisture issues both on the inside & outside of our house. Lving in a frame house in such a humid climate, his information will be extremely valuable in maintaining our home. On top of being so knowledgeable, I found Ted to be a true professional - prompt, prepared and pleasant to deal with. I highly & happily recommend Reliance Inspections and Ted Sanchez for any moisture/mold assessment needs.

This industry is filled with unqualified and underhanded people. That is why it is so refreshing to meet a professional like Ted Sanchez. He was upfront, knowledgeable, fully qualified, reasonable, prompt and considerate. My situation was tainted with an awful experience that raised doubt about the entire industry in Florida. However, if everyone in this field conducted themselves and their businesses the way Ted does we would all sleep better at night knowing that our homes are safe. Thank you Ted from the bottom of my heart.

Absolutely the best! He completed three home inspections for me and saved me over $15,000 in major repairs that the seller had claimed he had no knowledge of on the disclosure form and then later admitted to knowing. Very responsive to short notice inspections, particularly in this market. Ted's reports are clear and concise with precise instructions on how to correct even the slightest problem that could turn into something major if left undone. Susan Kresin

Fantastic service! We called for a mold inspection and Ted was over within a hour. He was straight forward and easy to understand. He explained the situation and made recommendations on how to resolve our issue. We wish we would have known about Ted earlier, we would have used him for our home inspection.
